Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
During sales or festive seasons, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch:
🚚 Metro Cities — 4 to 7 days
🏡 Other Locations in India — 5 to 9 days

(Delays due to courier issues, weather or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control, but we will always support you in tracking your order.)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order anytime through the courier partner’s website.

For quick assistance, you can also share your order number on WhatsApp, and our team will check the status for you.

Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

If incorrect shipping details are entered at checkout, delivery may fail.
If the package is returned to us due to wrong address or unreachable contact number, reshipping charges will apply.

Delay in Delivery

If your package is delayed beyond the normal timeline:
✔ We will check with the courier and provide you updates
✔ Please allow 2 to 4 extra days for courier resolution

Every order is carefully packed to ensure protection during transit.
We use sturdy packaging that is safe, attractive and child-friendly.

Damaged Package Upon Arrival

If your parcel looks tampered or damaged:

  1. Record a full video while opening the package

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Share photos/videos of the issue

This helps us assist you faster through our exchange-only policy.
