Return & Exchange Policy

At Tinkerbuds every product is carefully checked and packed with love to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Since toys fall under hygiene and child-safety products we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it free of cost.

Exchange Eligibility

To request an exchange, please make sure:
✔ You inform us within 48 hours of delivery
✔ You share clear photos and videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging
✔ The product is unused and in the original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
If the same product is out of stock, we will offer store credit of the same value.

Important Notes

▪ Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or defective products on arrival
▪ No return or exchange is possible for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of product, size, colour, or features
▪ Cash refunds are not available
