1. What age group are Tinkerbuds toys suitable for

Most of our toys are ideal for children 1 to 6 years. Each product page mentions the recommended age to help you choose better.

2. Are the toys safe for babies

Yes, absolutely. Our toys are made from natural wood, smooth rounded edges and non toxic child safe paints.

3. Will the paint fade or chip

No. We use durable, high quality paints that withstand regular play. However, wooden toys need to be kept away from water to increase long term life.

4. How to clean wooden toys

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth.
Avoid soaking in water or using harsh cleaning liquids.

5. Do you accept returns

Since toys fall under hygiene and child safety products, we do not accept returns.

6. Do you offer exchanges

Yes, we offer exchange only in case the product arrives damaged.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos.

7. What if the product I want to exchange is out of stock

In that case, we will offer store credit of the same value that can be used for your next purchase.

8. How long does delivery take

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery time varies by location but typically takes 5 to 9 days across India.

9. Can I change my address after placing the order

Address changes are possible only if the order has not been shipped.

10. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)

 Yes, we provide COD service across India.

11. What payment methods do you accept

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking.

12. Do you make customized toys

Currently customization is not available, but we are working on introducing personalization soon.

13. Are your toys good for gifting

Definitely. Our toys are perfect for birthdays, return gifts, newborn gifting, preschool essentials and milestone gifts.

14. Do schools or resellers get bulk pricing

Yes. We offer special pricing for preschools, Montessori setups and bulk orders for resellers.
